Production Information

STANDARD ARTWORK:
Layout and basic typesetting (up to 10 lines of text) are provided at NO CHARGE for each . A total of 2
camera ready logos, photographs, signatures and/or line drawings can be incorporated in the layout at
no additional charge.
Beyond Standard Artwork: Typesetting beyond 10 lines or more than 2 photographs, graphics or logos
per item will require additional production time and artwork charges. Artwork Charges are $60 per hour
(G).

PERSONALIZATION:
Personalizations up to 4 lines per item from your Excel or Word file are NO CHARGE. From your hard
copy lists, $1.00 (G) each line. Logo personalizations are 10.00 (G) each.

PROOFS:
Proofs are recommended for every order. First two (2) proofs provided at no charge, additional proofs
10.00 (G) each.

QUANTITY PRICES: Quantity prices are available for orders of multiple items with the same item
number and identical designs, (same size, layout, and orientation) differing only for text personalization.
Different designs, sizes or styles will not be combined for quantity prices.
Repeat Orders: submitted within 60 days will be billed at the original quantity price. Repeat orders
submitted after 60 days and before 12 months will be billed at the quantity ordered price with a
maximum of the 2 piece price.

IMPRINTING PROCESSES AVAILABLE:
Engraving (-E):
Engraving is a traditional, premium process available on brass or nickel plates
Premier-Color (-C): Premier-Color reproduces striking full color, crisp graphics, type or photos on brass
or aluminum plates. This process is excellent for black text. No screen, color separation or basic photo
charges. Note: Exact PMS color match cannot be guaranteed. White is not available as an imprint
color. No full bleed.
Laser-Etching (-EL):
Laser-Etching is available on black, green, red, blue and brown finished brass, blue, grey or green
marble-mist finished brass and black, blue, green and red aluminum.
Laser-Carving (-L):
This process gives a carved look to our walnut, simulated oak or acrylic products. COLOR
HIGHLIGHTS for LASER-CARVING: Color highlights (gold or other color) may be added to lasered
products at additional cost. Technical limitations may apply.
Sublimation (-S):
Our advanced Sublimation process fuses a black image to aluminum plates creating a crisp, detailed
product. Metal plates are available in satin-finished gold, silver or copper aluminum.

ELECTRONIC GUIDELINES:
Each of our proprietary processes requires unique production ready files. In order to provide you with the
best products, we usually extract components from your files and compose the necessary production
files, typically at no charge. We prefer that you send us high resolution electronic files of your individual
art elements (your logos, photos and/or signatures), and also send your text copy, lists of names and
other changing lines of text.

PowerPoint files

Images imbedded in Word files
Images or logos copied from web sites (these are usually very low resolution)

DROP SHIP CHARGES:
We can handle your multiple destination orders! Drop ship charge per destination, from your hard copy
list, $8.00 (G); from your Excel file, $4.00 (G) ea. Plus shipping charges.

RELEASE PROGRAMS:
Multiple piece orders released over a twelve month period are available. Purchase the program quantity
in advance and we will personalize and release items as needed. (Release charge and shipping charges
apply.) Maximum 12 month program life. Call Customer Service for details.

PRODUCTION TIME:
5-10 working days from approval of production ready artwork prepared by us. Longer production times
may be necessary for quantities over 50 pieces. Contact Customer Service for details

RUSH CHARGES;
24 hours or less service, if possible, additional 30% of the total order (minimum $30 (G)).

PACKAGING:
All standard products come in a presentation box.

PLATES ONLY:
Unmounted plates (Premier-Color, Engraved, Laser-Etched, Sublimated or Laser-Carved Plastic) are
available. Please contact us for prices.

CREDIT POLICY:
Net 30 days to established accounts. Overdue accounts subject to monthly 1.5% service charge.

SAMPLES:
Spec samples are available at quantity 1 price. Random samples of a particular item are available at
end quantity price.
